Common questions
Can the assistant use my own documents?
Yes, where the documents can be processed and you have permission to use them. We agree which sources it may access and test retrieval with representative questions.
How are API costs controlled?
The scope can include per-user limits, input size limits and usage tracking. Provider charges are separate from the development quote.
Will my data be sent to a model provider?
Content needed for a request may be sent to the chosen provider. We review the data flow and your privacy requirements before choosing an approach.
How do I pay?
Once you approve the written quote, I send a PayPal invoice. You can pay with a PayPal balance or a card through PayPal.
