Is the initial inquiry free?
Yes. An initial conversation helps establish the scope. A detailed specification, architecture review or infrastructure assessment is paid work, quoted before it starts.
Do I have to hire you for development afterward?
No. The agreed planning deliverables are handed over to you. Implementation can be quoted separately if you want me to do it.
Can you recommend a server configuration?
Yes. Recommendations consider the application, concurrency, database, background jobs and budget. Where traffic is uncertain, I can propose a starting configuration and a plan to measure and adjust it.
How do I pay?
Once you approve the written quote, I send a PayPal invoice. You can pay with a PayPal balance or a card through PayPal.
