How the work is delivered

1. 1.Map the application

   Inventory runtimes, database versions, files, queues, scheduled tasks and DNS. Agree the cutover window and rollback conditions.

2. 2.Prepare and validate

   Build the destination environment and transfer the agreed data. Test the application before switching public traffic.

3. 3.Cut over and verify

   Complete the final sync, switch traffic and check HTTPS, application routes and background services. Retain the rollback path for the agreed period.
